A: Pre-Orders: Orders will be mailed out within 1–3 days upon arrival in Singapore.
In Stock: Orders will be mailed out within 5 days after ordering.
Q: Can I self-collect my order?
A: Yes, self-collection is available once a month at either Cineleisure or 207A Compassvale Lane. Collection slots will be announced via our official Telegram channel.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive in Singapore?
A: After the items arrive in Bangkok (BKK), delivery to Singapore typically takes 2–4 weeks.
